"Pit Bulls" no longer vicious as a matter of law in Ohio

In early May a new law went into effect in Ohio which prevents Pit Bull breed dogs from being labeled "vicious" based solely on their breed. The new law has a loophole which does allow local municipalities to ban the 'breed' outright.
